All trolley base tops and panels are made in 1mm steel and fitted with moulded polyethylene bumpers. Trolley handles are made of stainless steel tube Ø25mm, with polyamide end mounting caps. Each base castor has a polyamide cover, 2 castors are braked. Heated trolley bases are fitted with plug top, spiral type cable and parking socket as standard. Maximum allowable plate load: 75kg per pile. Max. plate stacking height 580mm per stack.

Feature insulated body, side mounted steel rod heating elements, illuminated on/off rocker switch/adjustable mechanical thermostat (0 to 90 degrees C)/transparent polycarbonate lids.

Adjustable for plate diameters between 215 – 320mm.
